I made a deal with James Philbey, some Engilsh piece of trash, about a month ago. He sent me paypal, and I told him I would get the tank out as soon as possible. I went to send it, and tested it. The battery was dead. I told him, and then went to get it fixed. I had to wait a week for the battery, and when it got installed, I sent the tank off. It was returned to me, which I also informed him off. At this point, he REVERSED his payment, which takes the money directly out of my acct and puts it in limbo. At the same time, he randomely "stopped" signing on AIM. I was given 10 days, which I conformed to, and gave a tracking number to he and PayPal. It worked, and told me he had recieved it. He then STILL didnt put the money back in my paypal account, and has confirmed recieving the tank. So here I am a week later, no money for the tank, and hes in england having tea and crumpets. I plan to file mail fraud charges, and with his local police (or whatever they are). This guys going down.

I agreed to purchase the tank and paid you.
You then said you had sent the tank, so I asked for a tracking number, oh you couldn't find it, and over two weeks later I tried to contact you and it took you a few days to get back to me. You said oh yeah sorry it had been returned to you ?????Had you told me, NO!.
You then said you would resend it, so i aksed for another tracking number, can you find that, No, and again a couple of weeks later nothing!
So I try and contact you and I get no reply and someone on AIM just said you were passed out on a bed stoned which is really helpful.
Since I hadn't heard from you I filed a fraud report with paypal and then finally do you start being helpful and a couple of weeks later the tank finally arrives. I never took the money out of your paypal account paypal did cos you are a f*cking fraud who would never have sent the tank if paypal hadn't intervened.
And don't give me bull**** about the battery was dead you didn't once tell me that.
Since I paid you on the 18th of Febuary and it took you until the 20th March to send it and the fact I couldn't pick it up until the 3rd April since it took so long and don't see why I should hurry as it took you long enough to get it to me.

I told you:

"Its going to be a few days before I can get it out because I need to get the battery".

Then I told you:

"It got returned, Im resending."

At that point you filed a report, while at the same time, I sent it out and provided you with tracking.

And nothing can change the fact that you have my tank and I dont have the money, right?

You never once told me about the battery. Send me the email that you told me about the email cos thats bollox. And as I have already told you paypal have your f*cking money not me. When People file fraud claims they put a hold to the funds in the account, how is it me ripping you off when I have paid for a tank and got the tank. I don't have the tank and the cash. Paypal have your cash not me. Your a fraud and you deserve what you get. You had no intention of sending that tank until paypal got invlolved.
