how to start a tourney at my field

Hey so im about to write an email to my local field to start a tournament. They are really my only option for a tournament sense everything else is like 2-3 hours away. So is there anything special i should include in the email to persuade them?

A list of the people who also want a tourny...if you have get 25 people together you have a much better shot.

before i started running a store i also wanted to have a turney. My team didn't get to play it but we ref'd it so the owner had less to worry about. offer your services to the owner for helping him and he might do it. but like endurium00 said get a list of all interested in playing and do email him do a face to face with him. its more pro.
