is ICD customer service any good..

I picked up a Promaster on a whim at the Huntington NPPL, put it im my workshop until a week ago. Dryfired a few times and then ran some paint through it, broke balls frequently. I cleaned the marker and as I took off the eye covers one side was missing the ball dentent spring.

Ive not recieved any word back from ICD yet.
Has anyone delt with them? good response? bad? none? I thought that since it wasnt there to begin with Id try them first.

Also any idea where I could get a spring?
thanks for your patience.

In my experience, they've had the best customer service I've ever dealt with. (Entirely honest) They're quick to answer their phones, which is a big plus, and they placed my order for me and got me my part...

Really easy to deal with, all around the board.

You should have had a spare one in your box , as well as fittings, macroline, alen keys, and some detents. If you cant find one, you can always use a pen spring cut to the same size.

I am actually getting a little frustrated with them. They answer their phones really fast and are helpful but I placed an order with them about a week and a half ago and I called back today just to find out that it hasn't been shipped yet. They said "we can't find a right eye cover for you but we are going to try to find one and get your stuff shipped out today". It is just annoying when a paintball company cannot find parts to their own markers.

**EDIT** I just got off the phone with Nathan at ICD and he told me that they had an eye cover that had a few tiny knicks on it that they can send to me. He then said that they would upgrade my shipping from UPS ground to over night shipping for no extra charge.

customer service is good, but when you send your gun in to them it takes 3 months to return back to you and the gun is still broken. what do they do with it for 3 months?
