What would you have to do if someone gets injuried on your field? Is there any way to make them sign something and then it won't matter? I need help please send me some PM's thanks.

Thats what insurance is for.
Waivers don't really stand up in court.

It's not that easy. Waivers are merely there to deter someone from suing. There's no cheap, sure-fire way to keep people from suing you. In my opinion, there's no substitute for an insurance policy.

pretty much I would say get insurance for people suing you in that matter, but I would also have a waiver that gives you the right to take any players to the hospital if it should ever happen.

Get insurance and they will usually supply you with waivers. It's not worth losing your businees over someone twisting their ankle.
