LCD board sale

This is a update.I paid on Jan 8, he said he shipped it .He didnt.After many emails that went unresponded to by him. I filed a pay pal claim.A few weeks later I received a email saying the marker would be shipped . I received it on Feb 10. A Month and 2 days later.Money was also refunded.
