He sent it out right away. The shipping carrier screwed up (not his fault), but he did not leave me in the dark on it. Was willing to offer a refund while we thought the gun was lost in the mail, but then it showed up. Don't know if anyone else would have offered to do that.

Good communication, stayed in contact.++++
