Firstly it's against the rules to start threads directed at one person. Secondly I don't work in customer services. You need to call them and get an RA number and the information you seek. I don't have the answers to your questions.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but when will the stores have the E-Vents replacement thermal lenses in different colors in stock? I've checked Action village, NPS catalogue, OrderPaintball, and FirstCallPaintball, and none of them have any even listed. Action village has only single pane lenses listed. Sorry if I've overlooked them somewhere.

This is why the recalled all the vents, lense and foam problems. send it back to them and theyll send you a brand new fixed one for free.

There has NEVER been a recall. We are fixing the foam issues for free. You usually get your original mask back, but with the changes. You do NOT get a new mask when you send one in to be fixed.

i havent really had a chance to say anything directed towards manike. but i've really noticed over the past few months at how hard you have worked at keeping everyone happy.

the man is great. I shudder to think of how many vent related threads he has had to endure and repeat the same thing over and over.

I posted on the net to help people in paintball WAY, WAY, before I ever worked in the industry. I guess paint runs through my veins instead of blood.

I post to keep people as informed as possible and because I have a lot of pride in the things I work on, and I want people to get the best experience that they can from them.

Lenses should have gone out already. I know we had a bunch in stock and they were being sold...

That's what I was asking... If or when the different colored thermals will come out.

Is that the kind you guys got an NPS, Manike? Or are the different colored ones all single pane?

alright ive been watching this thread for a while now and nobody has asked, so i will. i heard that the e-vents came with a nice set of extras such as 2 lenses, bag, and a nice little case for the mask. is this true? what about the avatar is it the same thing?

Yes, E-Vents and Avatars come with the display case packaging, 2 lenses and microfibre bags.

Hey Manike...got a quick question for ya, yes i've heard that the e-vents come with 2 lenses.... and obviously i know that one of those lenses is a clear one...... BUT... here comes the question... is the second lens the one called Ninja lens??? if not, is the ninja lens that i saw being sold separetly a lot darker? than the second one that the events come with?

Yes, the ninja lens is much darker. It even has a legal disclaimer on it.

It's sold seperately.

The lenses you get are the clear and standard smoke.
