To set the MROF on a nerve board for 15.4 bps, I should set the recharge to 66, or 4 beeps from the max. Right?

Are you sure? because the dwell is set in 1 ms intervals, the max being 70 ms. There are 1000 ms in 1 second, and 1000/15=66.6. So, to get as close to 15 as is possible, shouldn't it be 66, or 4 chirps down from the bottom?
