ion problem

hey guys, after i purchased a used ion from a local buddy of mines, and sent it into ynda, it still isn't working correctly. Ynda did tell me the problem and i tried to fix it, but no luck. i just wanted to know how can u tell if ur bolt is the one messed up or can it be ur bolt stop over worn?
