I called F.E.P. yesterday to see if I could get the new grips becasue I have one of the first markers that came with the Angel grips. I call and they ask how they could help me and I said I had a Quest with the Angel grips and I wanted the new grips and he took my information and said they would be sent out today. So, they just got here the next day free of charge with detailed hand drawn instructions on how to tap my gun for the new grips, becasue I did not want to send in my gun. I could not have asked for any better customer service!

I don't really like the new grips but its the thought that counts... Companies with good customer service generally go pretty far in paintball.

FEP has been nothing but top notch in all my dealings with them. Right from the get-go Neil has always been informative and eager to help. These guys are going to go far in this industry and I'm proud to support them and their products. Keep it up boys !
