just because you had a bad experience with dye doesn't mean that they have bad customer service. They in large have a reputation for great customer service.
READ. Myself, and people I know have had countless good experiences with dye customer service, 90% of the time, they don't even ask for a serial number when you call for a membrane pad, or a set of eyes, or a solenoid wire, whatever it may be, they just send it.
