Anyone good with resale prices? I need your input.

Okay, I found something that quickly drew my interest and semen. It's a G35 with 543 whp. Now, I was feeling pretty set on getting an S4, but now I'm definately considering this. He's asking 43k, and I'm wondering how much I should offer him.
Here's the info:
The car is fully loaded with Brembos minus NAVI. It is in excellent condition other than normal wear and tear and a few scratches that occured when washing the car. It is a 2004.5 with 25K miles.....black with black interior. KBB lists the car at $30,500 and I have over $40K in parts and labor. The car dynoed at 543whp and 490tq at 12.5psi on 93 octane. The motor was built by SGP and tuned by CPrace and Sharif. The only thing this car needs to be completed is a coilover set and to have the front bumper repainted due to some paint chips (lots of contruction in SFL and dump trucks on the road are always dropping small rocks).

Here is a list of mods.

I don't understand this. Why does he have an ecu reflash when he has a full standalone ecu? The only time I have heard of people doing this is to be ODB-II compatible but you live in FL and there's no emmissions testing in FL.

Other than that the car is sick, definitely go for it.

Pauter rods.... $$$$$$$$

I like the looks of the stock g35 better, but I like the looks of that g35's dyno chart much better.

thats a nice car but just remember if you get into an accident none of those UPs are insured. also, insurance on a 2 door is a *****. undeniably a nice car but i presonally, would be afraid to drive such a car on the street. then again if i knew it was scratched, even if you couldnt see it, it would piss me off. also, 500+ horses is great on the track or drag strip but have fun driving that in city traffic (if you drive in teh city). basically, my point it thats a super hot car, but unless you super rich (which by the sounds of it, youre not) that is not a good idea for a daily driver. if i were you i'd go with the 2003+ E46 like you were talking about before.

The gauge pod is beige and the interior is black, why the hell are you even considering it?

Oh, I didn't include this part:
I am thinking about selling my G35. I think I might have blown some piston ringlands and I don't want to deal with the modding chit anymore. Before I sell the car, I WILL HAVE IT SHIPPED TO SGP TO HAVE THE PISTONS REPLACED AND THE MOTOR REBUILT. After the motor is rebuilt I will have SGP tune the car to what ever power level the buyer desires.

So I could have it be a little more conservative, but where's the fun in that?

ya, that would raise red flags in my oppinion.

Piston damage, and he doesn't want to deal with the modding chit anymore. Sounds like he doesn't want to deal with the car anymore. Buy a stock car and mod it yourself, don't buy some one else's problems.

just my 2 cents
