Just like to tell everyone that i have had nothing but bad service from them. i ordered somethings a few weeks ago, and had bad luck. so 3 days ago i gave them another chance,this time they don't answer my calls or my emails, i ordered next day air since i have a tourney next weekend, we'll see if it gets here in time. if you cna find your product somewhere else, DONT GET IT AT PAINTBALLGEAR!

sometimes they are good sometimes they are not. I've ordered from there quite a few times so i know both sides of their service. but i wont be buying there again

A friend of mine ordered an automag awhile ago from Paintballgear. He didn't get the gun for a couple weeks, but when he did get it, they accidently sent him two nitro tanks and four JT Speedpods.

I ordered the new JT pants a couple of weeks ago, and picked up some battle swabs while I was at it. Site says usually ships next business day, so then they e-mail me saying some significant item(s) are missing from my order. So I waited a week, called them, turned out the JT pants still weren't in and they hadn't had the battle swabs for months. So they tell me they'll get them in tomorrow, then the same thing over and over. Over 3 weeks and still no pants (I canceled the squeegees).

When I ordered my Freak deluxe they never sent me a case. Cost me another $25 to get it.

It's the last time I deal with them unless they are the ONLY people who have it, I need it right then, and I confirm over the phone their in stock.

I personaly have never had a problem with paintballgear, they always give me exactly what I order and get it here in ushually no more than 3 days.

I highly doubt I'll ever order from them again too.. I just ordered a JT Slammer pack, 4 140 round pods, a Shocktech Delrin Spyder bolt, and a clear 12v revvy along with my All American Barrel. I received one confirmation letter the next day saying that everything was in stock, and was shipped that day. The next day, I get another confirmation letter saying everything was in stock, and had been shipped, except my All American barrel. I proceeded to call up PBGear, and ask them when they're getting them in. Their response "Some time this week". I asked them if I would have my barrel by Sunday (the day of my first tournament), and they said yes. It's now Friday, so they have one more day.... www.g3pb.com for me from now on.

UPS delivers on Saturdays to a select few areas, including businesses I believe. However I'm pretty sure they don't deliver residential on Saturdays, in fact they might not deliver ground on Saturdays at all, I'm not sure. USPS always delivers on Saturday though, be it first class or priority.

Even though the tightest ship in the shipping business royally sucks.."most of the time", they do, and will deliver packages on Saturday. ALL air related packages will,(if scheduled to) deliver on Saturday. All "Saturday" delivery packages(it's the shippers option) will also deliver. I received my Impulse on a Saturday. Just a few facts, and hopefully helpful for your situation.

You really should call in to make sure they have what you want in stock. I've never had a problem with paintballgear but I can get stuff faster from other places.

I ordered a Redz speedy pack and comfort belt but when the package arrived there was no belt. I called and they sent it out the next day. Pretty good service overall.

I called to place my order, and the guy said everything was in stock.. He was wrong. I know UPS doesn't usually ship on Saturdays, but hell, I can hope can't I?

Ive ordered paintballs, my gun, and a Redz harness and the only problem i had was that My gun's (Shocker) timing was screwqed up so i sent it in to smartparts a month ago and now im waiting to get it back.

yeah dont buy a freak set there, everyone who has gotten one there hasnt gotten a case with it!
i wish they used usps, its cheaper and much quicker.

My friends and I have had a few "Blah" transactions...

Ordered a p/f mag..got standard..but they only charged him for a standard too...so just "Blah"..not a bad order

Ordered a intruder expansion chamber and it came busted...they jsut had him send it back and refunded his money, no attempt to replace it or anything..again "Blah"

However...they have also done things like...not charge some of us for items...like an entire gun. And 90% of the time, I get things within 24hrs from them ( I live 3 hours away)

They aren';t the best...but on a lot of things..the price difference locally isn't worth it (100$ difference between cocker from the local stores and pbgear)
