Franca - If you are shooting hot, lower your dwell to 2-3 LED lights. If you dont know how to change it,

1. Take off your grips.
2. Turn gun on.
3. Put the menu on the dwell
4. Use the yellow button to change it.
5. Screw grips back on.

I've read this mod makes your reg really inconsistant, is this true?

dot.nation - No, just make sure you grease the springs when they are on the rod.

Strider2800 - I am not sure about the 05 speed. If they have the same internals in the reg, then yes.

how can you tell if your tank is HP if someone took the sticker off?? and i think it might be considering the fact that i cant get my gun under 310. And for newer people to this can you please explain the causes that you might need to do this?? and like what your gun will be doing if it has an HP tank?

i did mine according to Ken... just take the springs how they were |)()()(--

I have A4 fly and crossfire HP. I had problems with velocity. Mostly it was about 300 fps, but sometimes it was even over 314. I play quite offen in tournaments, so I was always affraid, that I will not pass thru chrono station.
I've asked some guys in my country and they told me to check out this thread.
I did the mode, but it didn't work at all in my fly.
I began to worry but my team mate show me another trick:
It's even easier than the mode in this thread. You don't have to do anything with your mini reg.

Just find "LPR ADJUSTMENT" in the manual (page 17 in A4 FLY manual).
Than remove LPR end cap, take something like big needle or small scewdriver and remove the piston from the body of marker. On the piston of the rod you will have 4 springs and 3 to 5 silver thin shims.
Now leave the springs just like they are but remove al least 2 shims.
Put it back together and it should be allright now.

It works flawlessly with my fly. Now I have consistant velocity around 275 fps.
I hope it will help.
