This situation was fully remedied. He has returned my money and communicated fully with me. Turns out he was grounded and couldn't communicate. He is in the process of finding out if he can still complete the transaction. Either way he seems like a good guy.

I don't know if this guy has check his paypal lately, but i was grounded and unable to go anywhere or use the computer. One day while i was grounded, i got on the computer and sent him back his money, with a message explaining the situation. Im not going to flame him, because i have no right to. I put him through a major inconvenience, which he has made very apperant. Im sorry for the circumstances, but they were out of my control.
I have never had any problems with anyone else i have dealt with, and i hope he understands what happens, and i hope he recieved his money back.
