I'll try to talk some sense into him about the field thing, as I can't stand the over-capitalist suing ritual, but you might just have to let him find out the hard way.

haha. hes a buddy of mine, and for the most part he listens to me, but hes young and stubborn. i learned the hard way when i was his age too, but usually hes pretty reasonable.

he's right you can get sued even if it isn't your land since they are paying you to play(that makes it some what of a contract and since they arn't signing anything say you can get hurt they can sue you). He is also right playing in people's back yard is gay.
