I sold my old Model 98 on the PBstar message boards, sent the gun and never got my money. Now i know he got the gun and i know where he lives. But what do i do about it?

Dude don't send your gun till you get the money. Never. As for getting your gun or money, good luck. There is nothing you really can do. becasue money wise you will spend more on a lawyer than what the gun was worth. Concider this a learning experiance.

yeah, you should always get the money first.... if the buyer was a kid, you could write a letter addressed to him parents (Mr. JoeBob or whatever) and inform them what thier kid is doing. May not do anything, but atleast it will but the kid in a very uncomfterable situation.

If he's a minor than there's really no reason why you can't just call or mail his parents or guardian to tell them what he's doing. All these kids do is get on their little internet and scam people from their home address. Their parents would be happy to set them straight and clear up the probelm unless they happen to be partners in crime. Then you're outta luck.
