but no one predicted PBX or mixed nuts... and trailing close behind in division d (behind hypersonix and mixed nuts[/b]) was minutemen freedom. reckless rebels menace needed just 4 points in their division to beat black magic to grant them access to the finals. but it was BM that would get into the play-offs. hypersonix was a good pick, as they rolled the prelims with 691 points, but had to accept 2nd place to black magic in the finals. good day for the magic ones.

i was totally impressed with shooter's & looter's first finals game. they just overwhelmed the twister's who tried to play a stand-up defensive game.

chips and terminal... well, what more can you say about 'em? it's a fight for seeding points between these two. there can be no stumbling for either team...

look out for crossfire's december issue for the details and pictures... oh, also check out the november issue (when it comes out) for the GPL 2 and 3 reviews...

its no longer a fight for seed points. If terminal is to win it comes down to dumb luck unfortunately........ kindve depressing (i play with them and was on the A squad for the first two events but havent been able to the 3rd and 4th). Only thing is that bluechips earned it, they work for every single solitary kill they get..... just not gonna be quite the same series now that they have 3 wins.

im saying bluechips has to get a 3rd or lower and terminal must win the next event. Then in the 6th event, its whoever of the two wins..... if terminal were to win, and bluechips got 2nd, itd be tied and it would, i guess, have to go on who won head to head.

Bottomline is compared to how theyve played in the past..... bluechips doesnt have to work that hard to win the series.

what was the best bunker move you say at the 4th event i think it was the kid from min. men freedom when he got into the diamond vs shooters and lootersb then shoot out rooster then got up and bunkerd the other 2 in the diamond then he went to bunker the last guy and the balls didnt break so he ran past em and got shoot in the ***.

i think this is what you were trying to say...

the best bunker move at global's first (<--- FOURTH) event happened in a game between shooter's & looter's b and minutemen freedom:

1.) a kid from minutemen got into the diamond (midgame?) shot out rooster.

2.) he then, proceeded to bunker two more S&L players (also, in the diamopnd) and was successful.

3.) when the minuteman attempted to bunker the last S&L player, his balls bounced as he ran passed him.

4.) since his paint didn't break, the S&L player was able to turn around and shoot the minutemen player in the @$$.

sound right?

i liked Carl Nardi's move in the finals against Twisters Blue. He was in the diamond, popped a guy or two, then ran down the tape taking heat all kinds of hyped up, didnt get shot out as he slid into their high low and was almost yelling "im small and you cant hit me" just as he came out and shot out their last guy in the back stand up.

It was lucky he didnt get drilled on the go, but if he hadnt said that (and if you know carl ull know why thats funny) i probly wouldnt have cared haha.
