Pros: colors
Cons: doesn't fit into breech
Now, it is possible that I got a bad set of eyes, but I've talked to other people and they had the same problem i had.

The eye board itself is too small to fit into the breech of the ion, so that if you want to install the eyes, you have to actually bend the eyes themselves. I do not know why virtue couldn't make a board that just slides right in like the stock eye board, but to me this is unacceptable. And since Virtue basically has the monopoly on laser eyes for the ion, you're pretty much out of luck if you want something else, unless you're lucky enough to find some Lucky eyes (if you have the proper body).

I sent me eyes back to virtue, requesting a replacement set to see if it made a difference, but haven't gotten a response back yet (which is understandable since i only sent it a few days ago), and if i get eyes that work properly then i will change my review. but as of now, i dont recommend you waste your money on these eyes unless you just HAVE to have laser eyes in your gun. in which case, there are some DIY mods you can do to your stock eye board and make your own laser eyes. just google it, i know i've seen it somewhere before.

UPDATE:

okay figured out why the last set i had wouldn't go in, as well as the new ones virute just sent me.

the eyes themselves stick out too far off of the board, so you can't just slide the board in like you can with the stock eyes (FAIL )

the last set i had i ended up bending the eyes themselves, when is why i sent them in to virute, and like i said, they sent me a new set.

this seems like a huge oversight in design to me. I wish another company would come out with some eyes.

Pros: lifetime warranty, great customer support
Cons: alignment in breech
i have installed a few pairs of the eyes, some seamlessly fit right into the breech where as others must be tweaked and pinched to be properly aligned, definitely some what of a pain. they eyes themselves work great, have a bright color and can be seen quite visibly when looking into the breech of the marker.

the nice fact is that virtue offers great customer service and are only a phone call away if you do have any problems.
