well, it's a loader.

easy to use? on or off, so.... yeah

it pretty much force feeds paint into your marker. no settings, nothing to mess with. i like.

my experiences, all same rotor on different markers:
axe - no jams, not one, ever
ego9 - jammed 2 or 3 times a game. quick pull on the antijam thingy fixed it
ego11 - jammed a couple times, don't really recall. not a big deal
lv1 - no jams....

lame little pin holds the stock lid on so swapping back and forth with a speed feed gets old

I got a good deal on a sweet looking, liquid red rotor and I love it. No problems with decent paint but when I first got it I tested it with some dimpled paint and it couldn't handle it like my VLocity. Scared me for a min. but I'll just put the premium in her and enjoy!

Bought one years ago, haven't bothered replacing it ever since. These things are rock solid! The only nagging issue with them however is their tendency to jam with certain types of paint. Otherwise, this thing has survived many a PSP season.

Pros: Looks great, works great, extremely easy to strip
Cons: loud when empty, doesn't like cheap paint
I love my rotor, it has a nice low profile on the gun. It feeds faster then I can fire and works reliably. It operates on 3 AA batteries and can be taken apart VERY quickly without tools.

Only issues I have had with it have been paint related, and really had nothing to do with the hopper, just me being cheap, lol.

To me it's worth the upgrade from a Halo strictly for the ease of taking it apart. Plus you don't have to worry about counting blinks on this thing, just hit the power button and play! I had issues with the battery doors on Halo shells breaking and had to get at least 2 shells a year for it, the Rotor shell doesn't have that issue

Pros: Solid construction, efficient battery
Cons: it jams
I have the 2013 version. It's great and it does exactly what its supposed to do. It does have a tendency to jam however, and if you're trying to lay down paint and it jams its really frustrating.

Also, the rotor is built so solidly that when it takes a hit I don't even notice...it's gotten me a penalty here and there for playing on when I had no idea i was hit.

Overall, definitely worth the money. Great hopper.

Dye Precision Rotor Great hopper, feeds well. Hardly ever jams, and usually not due to the hopper.
