My thoughts on the rotor for now.
Pros.
-constaint pressure on ball stack meaing when you shoot it loads more.
-Durablity Im always getting shot out on my hopper and it has no dammage or broken paint internily.
-loads on its side to some extend.
-never had a jam. although its case count is 6-7.
windows to show paint
easy to clean
easy to fix
easy to take apart in the pits so if you break paint real quick to clean.
Cons.
i paid 150 for the liquid gray and thats about what its worth to me. id never pay 200
dosent look sexy
constant feed sucks when your loader falls off and all your paint is gone
due to constant pressure on the stack if you have bad detents it might just push a ball past it and you will double shoot. (had this happen in a airball game and 141 because of shooting to fast)
when you get low on paint it starts to spin and keep spinig giving away the fact your low/empty.
no veiw window to see if paint is loading fine (not major)

Dye Precision Rotorthis is THE best hopper on the market....the rotor is just an absolute beast and its especially easy to work on its tool less disassembly is way better then the Z2 prophecy's

Dye Precision RotorThe only beef I have with the rotor is that the loading hole is the same size as the pod, meaning you dump paint almost every time you reload.
In my opinion the best loader on the market. The price is a little steep though.

the rotor overall is my most favorite hopper to date, i prefir it over the halo's, empires b, of eggys, simply because its lighter, less of a battery hog, only uses 3 double a, tool-less disassembly, and even has an unjam lever, not quiet as good as a rip drive system though, super low profile and super reliable.

It feeds great and i have yet to have a jam. Only time i broke paint is where i dove over top of the snake leg and unknowingly used the Rotor to take the impact, where prophecies....i mean any other hopper would have broken shell, my Rotor only suffered a little scratch and some of the paint inside was broke from the impact. Other than that mine has never broken any paint, and it was the Gen1 Rotor with out the new red piece.
Overall this was an ingenious design that has revolutionized paintball hoppers! And i will never, ever shoot anything other than one. period.
