Cons: Disassembly for cleaing
The Rotor is sleek, light, and durable. This loader jams on me constantly. Yes I have the upgraded "Dye rotor center arm red". Every time I need this loader to work in an intense firefight it jams. I make sure the batteries are fresh I clean my gear on a regular basis, and use descent paint. But I don't feel that paint should matter. The loader should be able to handle everything. After all that is why you pay so much for the product. Reliability?

i was using the pulse hopper until i broke the feedneck off the damn thing. so i needed to get a new hopper. i went looking online and immediately ruled out getting the rotor loader because it was just too much money. i went to the field and saw that a bunch of people had them so i asked them how they liked it. i didn't not hear one complaint from any of them. a bunch of them switched from the halo to the rotor just for the sleeker look. granted i did like the way it looked but i still wasn't sold on it for the price they wanted. i decided on getting the halo cause it was cheaper and on sale at my local shop. when i told the guy about my pulse breaking he immediately told me to get the rotor. he told me the day they got them in stock they went onto the roof and threw it off on to the pavement to test the durability of it. he then found a broken halo that they were getting rid of and held it out in front of him and he just dropped it on the carpet. it splintered and cracked and was like "you get what you pay for". he then takes HIS rotor and slammed it on the tile and it just bounced. i was amazed. he was like if you break this loader under normal playing conditions i would be shocked. the owner of the shop came over after hearing us smash these loaders on the floor and was like "wtf are you doing?" and the dude helping me said he was making a point that the rotor is really durable. the owner went back into the other room and came out with a bent feedneck and a different rotor. he walks over to me a says "i smashed my gun on a tree and this is what happened." the rotor had a slight scuff mark on it. thats it. i was sold. he said that once i buy this rotor loader i'll never have to replace it unless i get tired of looking at it. i gave him my credit card and never looked back. to this day i think this was the best investment in any of my paintball gear. if you plan on getting a new loader get this one. if it matters i used a regular $5.00 gravity fed hopper for like a month when deciding on what to get and im glad i didn't get the halo cause it would be broken by now. so if its a matter of saving money use what you have or get a POS hopper till you can get the DYE ROTOR LOADER!!!

Dye Precision Rotor I have used it since june and I think its to expensive. It does jam every once in a while but with a pull of the anti jam level it clears all jams.
