Pros: Looks GREAT! Un-hindered speed, Simple, Dissasembl
Cons: JAMMING, Trigger, Capacity, Weight, Quickfeeds, etc
So I preordered my rotor when it first became available at my proshop. I waited and waited until January to get my Rotor. When I got it, I was amazed at how sleek it was, how sexy the lines were, how simple it was to take apart. I did some drop tests with some DXS recsport vs a halo I was borrowing, I was amazed. It is amazingly low profile, and durable.
In fact, compared to the halo, it looks a lot smaller as my comparison thread shows: The thread
The angled lid of the halo was much worse looking than the more top oriented Rotor lid.
YET, as I began to play with it I discovered some major flaws......
1st. JAMMING. Had some 6month old Bronze I took to shoot-and I jammed a ton. The trigger does NOTHING without the shark fin. So, I guess that you have to use NEW and nice paint.....
Also, in accordance with Jamming, YOU CANT USE IT FOR REBALL! I love reball and was quite ticked to try and use it my first game to no avail.....
2nd. The Capacity. With the lid on, not quickfeed, and when you are loadin a pod to do a drop test, you can definitely fit 200 rds in. YET, in game, it seems like a hassle to fit a pod in! With the quickfeed on it, too bad sucka.
3rd. Weight. The Vlocity is WAY Lighter, the Halo is a lil heavier, and the Rotor just feels kinda weighed down sometimes.
4th. The Feedneck. I've had to sand down both feednecks on my rotor to fit the Marq Clamping Feed, the Dm9 Clamping Feedneck, and Droid Feedneck. Quite annoying....
5th AND MAYBE the most important:
NO ADJUSTABILITY. It is simple ON/OFF. You are either going 200 mph down the autobahn of hopper speeds or DEAD stopped. I love to tinker with speeds and change things around, so this is probly why Imma try a prophecy.

Cons: not a damn thing
well so far i have not had one problem with this loader, feed rate is crazy fast, its got a cool little jam release lever under it, but you prolly never have to use it, its comes apart real easy so its easy to maintain, battery life is good too i got about 8 to 10 cases and still there is no sign that they are getting low, there is only one thing that kinda bothers me and that is the color i have the blue and it looks like a purple but besides that this is the best that you can buy

I was sold on this loader as soon as i saw how fast the feed was and how easy it was to disassemble the entire thing. The whole loader can come apart in seconds including the gears. This loader has a low profile design and only uses 3 AA batteries.
