Pros: Speed, accuracy
Cons: Efficiency, trigger.
When I got this gun it had no HE (High Efficiency) bolt, and so I could fire 1 hopper and half a pod with a 1000psi fill, it sucked. When I got the HE bolt the efficiency increased amazingly. I didn't like the trigger, it was too square, you could tap it from the side, it just wouldn't fire. I liked it only has 1 button, on, off, and eyes. You can also change de dwell, debounce and BPS by just opening the grip. It was fast and accurate (I had a freak barrel). It was light and good looking.

Overall, 7/10 good gun, square trigger, fast, light, cheap.

It is my first smart parts marker and I have had no problems maintaining it whatsoever. It is a very reliable marker with only a few moving parts. They are one of the lightest and tightest markers. GO GET ONE!

Cons: Doesnt have a high resale value :(
I love this thing!!

Pros:
Accurate at high rates of fire (18+pbs).
Almost no kick/recoil!
The overall design is very good and easy to handle!
The Bold design is very simple, unlike other complex markers.
Good gun to buy on the nation, especially at a low price!
Easy Trigger/board installation.

Cons:
Resale value goes down fast!
Dwell adjustment is pretty irrating.
Effeciency with stock bolt is not very good.
The stock frame doesnt have too much room for finger movement.

Recommend:
HE Bolt, for better effeciency.
Aftermarket board, stock only has semi.

overall: 9/10
New trigger frame for more finger room.

Pros: Light, Hardly any kick, Looks great, quiet
Cons: resale value
i LOVE this gun. I have a ton of up grades on mine. it took a lot of cash to get it ware i want it, but still well under the price of lets say an ego or new DM.

So pros are that is is prity light, has 0 kick, people say that it is hard to maintain but it honestly isnt... it is very simple. aslo being a front player this is one of my favorate pros... its QUITE, lets me hear all my team and every one elce on the feild.
Also the Shocker plat form is smartparts number 1 platform so when lets say they come out with a up grade for the NXT it stil works in my gun. so thats nice

Cons: it has no resale value but then again its a 05 so its kinda old wen it comes to paintball guns. + im not planning on selling this gun. there is a point ware guns can not get any better and i fell like they have just about reached it.

Pros: Speed, Weight, Size
Cons: EFFICIENCY, Feedneck, maintance
Got this marker in June and was very happy with it. The stock feedneck didn't fit my Halo so I had to buy a new one. I found that it wasn't very efficient at first so I bought an HE bolt and everything is great now. The only pain really which isn't that big of a problem is that you have to keep very good care of it and lube it often so that you don't get any bolt stick or fsdo

If you get this gun I would recommend getting it with a new feedneck and bolt.

Edit-this gun breaks all the time even when you do take care of it

Smart Parts Shocker Despite everything that has happened with the company, the Shocker is a fairly decent gun. My only gripe with it is that the eye wires/the upper board are pretty weak and can break easily.

Pros: Small, cheap, smooth firing.
Cons: Low resale, in-depth maintenance.
Bought this marker in January of 2007. Used it through the 2007 season. Put approx. 20-25 cases through it as of December 2007. Reliability was outstanding for me. In the total time I used it I only had problems with a single o-ring breaking. Great marker if you know how to maintain it. Very smooth shot, like most spool-valves you will find. Nerve board can be a bit annoying if you don't replace it, but once you have it set and you leave it there, you should be fine. Feedneck and on/off should be two of the first upgrades you buy. Both are usable but could run into little problems that annoy more than decrease performance.
