Dye Precision Dye Matrix 9 (DM9) Not the lightest high end on the market, but by no means heavy. Just an all-around smooth and awesome shooting gun.

Cons: Pricey. But thats dye
When I had my dm9 I could honestly say it was a great marker. It shot straight and was so smooth. The only complaint is the maintenance can be hard work if you don't keep up with it like all spool valve guns. I also stripped the feedneck but that's probably my fault.

Dye Precision Dye Matrix 9 (DM9) I picked up my DM9 used for $300 with a Billy Wing Bolt and Virtue Board. What a steal! I've never owned any electric gun before this, so the DM9 made speedball so much easier and more enjoyable!...

Pros: Very Quiet, Shoots Ropes, Accurate, Very Ergonomic
Cons: Air Hog!
I picked up my DM9 used for $300 with a Billy Wing Bolt and Virtue Board. What a steal! I've never owned any electric gun before this, so the DM9 made speedball so much easier and more enjoyable! This thing will shoot ropes with ease, and it's super ergonomic, everything is so comfortable which made it easier to switch the gun from right to left and vice versa. Make sure you lube the bolt and check the O-rings after every day or weekend of play, otherwise you'll start to lose consistency! The only complaint I have about this gun is that it eats up air like no other (but most spoolies do). Overall, it's still a great gun, and I love it!

I've used all kinds of weapons in my years of playing, and once I got on a Dye team in 2009, I couldn't wait to shoot this marker. It was everything I came to expect from Dye. It was super smooth, quiet, super pin point shooting.

Great used marker for anyone not looking to spend an arm and leg and still be competitive.

So easy to clean cave man could do it!

Doesnt like cheap paint....

I absolutely love this gun! This is the first "High-end" gun that I have owned and it has proven itself! This gun shoots so smoothly I can't even imagine what the DM11 and 12's feel like. I now own a G6R and use the DM9 as a backup and these are the only two companies I will buy from now on out! This gun shoots amazing and is so accurate! The UL Barrel is one of the best stock barrels you can possibly have! lightweight and smooth! Cant ask for anything more when wanting a decently priced high end gun! The billy wing bolt is also an amazing option for it!!
