A bit heavy but it does hang with the best of them.when the gun is working there is no better but when it fails it fails bad and most of the time it when your walking on the field getting ready to play the last game.but like i said if you take care and alway lube it you should make it threw the whole day without having to open and cleaning the bolt

These markers are very good shooter, great in the cold winter of the NW, and the hot summers of the south. If kept properly lubed and maintained, you will never have problems.
I would suggest several upgrades, however. The Nox board and Nox Kilo Bolt are great additions to any Shocker, and are used by the Naughty Dogs in their own Shockers. Keep the trigger and the feedneck, both are high quality and work great. The Freak barrel is the best kit out there in my mind, but if you want something different then try the Unitech Barrel System from Lucky, or Ultralight by Dye. If you don't like the reg on these, which is quite common, then try the MacDev Gladiator Regulator or CP, my personal choice in the Gladiator because it can keep up better that the stock or CP regs.
Remember, proper maintinence (sp) is need to keep this Dag shooting. Lube after every use, clean out all the paint inside and make sure your O-rings on the firing can are clean and lubed.

performance is the same as any other nxt shocker, same with reliability. this marker is really nothing special, i think its worth maybe $550 not much more.

I have had my Naughty Dog Shocker for a lil over a year now. It is one of the most reliable markers I have had in a very long time (except the DM3.. .just wont die) I have had an issue when i tried to install my virtue board, the eyes stopped working, had to play with it... alot to get them to work. Other then that no issues.
Highly recomend a new bolt (NOX) to improve the Air Eff. but short of that, great out of the box!
