I just Got my luxe And i really love the overall feel for the gun itself. Its very very light and currently has a 2.0 board in it which is just awesome! The only thing I do not like, and will replace soon is the Sprung and polished bolt. I just want to get a 2.0 powercore. The first time taking it out today, what a hassle. It just took me an hour to get it to work correctly. But after that Hour, I was in love. If you havent shot a luxe... DO IT! Its worth it!

I love my Luxe. Shoots better than any gun out there. It also looks better than most, but that's just IMO. It's fast (doesn't matter much anymore), light, and has some pretty new stuff in it. The only "cons" of it is it sometimes just doesn't want to work right. But, it's normally easy to figure out what's up with it so that's not really a major problem. Shoots great 9 times out of 10.

Purchased the Luxe 1.5 marker - marker shoots amazing, accurate, air efficient, small shot signature, and user friendly.

The markers do require a bit more maintenance than say a poppit marker ( Ego ).

Battery life is good, but user must be aware to charge the marker - changing the battery ( like a 9 volt ) is not an option. Unless you use the spare battery as an option.

Tons of accessories for these markers, and the markers are all backwards compatable except for the 2.0 eye covers.

Overall - 4 out of 5. Great marker but a bit expensive.

The DLX Luxe is an awesome shooter when they are working right, as they are very o-ring sensitive. I would prefer to use 9 volts rather than DLX's rechargeable battery system as it is annoying to have to worry about keeping a battery charged. Other than those two things the luxe is a pretty nice marker.

So after owning 4 luxes here is a little review.

Pros

- Looks
- Ergonomics
- Board
- Freak barrel
- Quiet and smooth
- Customer service
- No hoses
- Quick relase bolt system
- Keeps value

Cons

- Keeps value (you cant really get a nice steal)
- Efficiency
- Replacement of the eyes
- You have to maintain it.

After using a luxe and selling it I keep buying one back since there is nothing that you can compare it to. The feel is just amazing and the sound is addicting. Its like a drug, you cant live without it.

But like a drug it has some downsides, the luxe can be a problem in humid or cold weather, so you have to be prepared that the evening before you play it works great in your room, but the next day outside you might have a small leak or just boltstick. If you maintain it right you will just have to bump up your dwell or replace a oring to get it working again but as said be prepared that it could happen.

Anyway the downsides of using this 'drug' will never weight in more then the pros this gun has. Everytime I play with it i have a big smile on my face, and even though it sometimes lets me down, I just keep coming back for more
