my first impression was that it was rather bulky, and i told myself i'd get used to it. i felt the body was super thick and the frame was meh. and heavyish.
the bolt kit wasn't stock and consisted of some of the top bolt parts for shockers. but i couldn't get it too shoot the way i want. it was a pain in the *** to tune and it's a very finicky gun. it took me forever to fix problems because once i did another one would arise.
the trigger and board are poopy, i hate them. and the asa. i think everything else was great on the gun though.
my trigger keeps sticking and the magnet isn't even in it so i don't know what's wrong there. the board is very simple, but for a tournament, you would need a new one due to the limitations on it. you only adjust the dwell from the switches on it and it shoots semi. im just not a fan, so i upgraded it.
the asa is poop because it is known to strip tank threads due to it not being a true on/off asa and purging the line so you can take out your tank with ease.
i think it's worth about 350.00 total, im glad i didn't pay the full price because i would of been very angry about it and all the problems that could arise.
shockers are a hit or miss. love em or hate em. it's like a luxe that doesn't talk and shoot as nice

I got a 2006 sft shocker because the gun i had before was a peice. The shocker i recieved was simply the best shooting gun ive ever owned. Ive never had a problem with it at all and it's incredibly easy to maintain. The outside has been worn so much that its black body has turned almost completely silver. Theres nothing complicated at all about this gun and with a ready supply of DOW 33 and spare orings you cant go wrong. I highly recomend this gun for anybody looking for a cheap great shooting gun.

I bought my 05' Dynasty Shocker used in june 2007. It is a very simple gun to use and maintain. The only maintainance that i do is pull out the bolt from the back, lube, and put back. It is also a fairly reliable marker, i have few problems in game and those that i do have are paint related problems. I have only busted one o-ring in the 8 months i have used it every weekend. Unfortunetly they carry a very low resale price so don't expect to sell at a profit.

Got one in a trade for about one day. So it shot accurate as hell, and it was quiet. Thats all well, DMs/PMs do that. The major downer was how bad the efficiency was (yes, even compared to DMs/PMs). Probably the most inefficient gun Ive ever owned right behind my Freestyle. Kick was minimal, but again, more than any DM/PM Ive shot. Basically its just a higher kicked less efficient DM/PM. I wouldnt pay a dime over $250 for one any more.

Smart Parts Dynasty ShockerIt's a little bit heavier, but its classic. Less kick than my other shockers and the foregrip is spaced out, unlike other sfts.
