Pure Energy - 68ci HP Tank Reviews
Pure Energy 68ci HP Tank I have absolutely loved this tank! I have owned Corssfire tanks and used CP tanks before and this is my favorite. I have just felt a more comforting feeling using this tank.

Pros: Availablity
Cons: Weight, compared to DXS/ CP
These tanks are made by LUXFER, not PE, so they carry the same weight as any 4500 PSI tank by luxfer. (nitro duck and others) The stock reg is heavier than comparbale brands, but its not great anyway. the Carlton tanks are roughly the same weight as well.

OVerall its a tank, it is one of the least expensive CF tanks on the market.

the only other tanks you should consider are CP and DXS whose tanks are not made by luxfer or carlton. otherwise youll be paying more for the same thing. the only difference between CP/DXS is the reg.

Pros: Reliable, consistent output
Cons: Heavy, Size of reg
I've had my tank for a while now, but it's a great tank. Like it says above, it's never failed me and is consistent across the spectrum. I've used it on Ego's, Geo's, Shocker's, Marq's, and even Ions and it's performed flawlessly.

But with the advent of some of the newer tanks out there, my tank is heavy compared to some and the reg is massive.

Pure Energy 68ci HP Tank Reg would frequently break/leak on me and the tank was prone to hot-filling. Other than that it was a great item for the price

I've been using this tank for 3 years, after the original owner had it for at least another five, and have never had any problems. It is a really good tank for the price even though some people say it is a little heavy. I've never though it was very heavy for a tank.

Pros: Sturdy, good air flow
Cons: a little heavy
I've used a PE 68/45 for around 3 years now and I've got no complaints. I've had to replace the fill nipple once and thats pretty much it. I've always had good airflow. I've some minor leak problems due to the fill nipple but after replacing the nipple the problems have gone away. Every now and then a fast fill pushes the o-ring down and causes a leak but thats a free 2 minute fix. Hardly anything to complain about after 3 years of hard play. PE tanks are pretty sturdy and the reg isn't too bulky to where it gets in the way of certain ASA setups. Definately a good tank for the price, to get anything better you'd have to pay $50-$100 more.
