since 2009 i have owned over 30 high end markers, which i buy, trade, sell, break, sell, trede yadda yadda. i owned an ego 10, creed, and dm10 when i got my indy. after the first day of play with the gun i sold the rest of my guns. it shoots THAT well. the sweep bolt works PERIOD. i dont want to hear you whine about it, backspin= more acurate and more distance. deal with it. this is one of the smoothest guns i have ever shot and is THE smoothest poppit ive ever held. feels great in my hands, and because of the internaly housed ram i NEVER need to take it apart, i have had no issues with it. i bought some 4c eyes from bob long and now it shoots even quicker than it did when i first bought it.

Great marker reminiscent of an ego, traditional stack tubed poppet design. Very light, nice board, new bolt design is nice but I have not noticed a marked increase in performance. This gun performs amazingly regardless of how cliche it is.

Alien Independencethe gun just felt cheap to me, it leaked air, I am glad I only paid 150 for an 11 Indy, thats probably the problem. I would like to try another Alien but I am done and sticking with known name...

needed a new marker thought i would try a new company, bought an alien used and when i got it i was supprised at how light it was, and for a poppet valve marker it had no kick, the sweep bolt and valve system work very well and give the marker a very flat and accurate shot, i used this marker for 2 tournaments it worked great, but when i got the marker the previous owner put oil through the marker so it was a ticking time bomb before it was gonna die, when the o-rings finally kicked the bucket I contacted alien to get new orings and a cup seal.
so here is where the down fall of this product is, the customer service is not just bad its terrible, i contacted jack multiple times sometime i would get an answer sometimes i wouldnt, when i did get an answer, i requested a price on o-ring and a cup seal, never really got a straight answer he just kept telling me to send the marker in and they would bill me, i told him i wanted to buy the parts and fix it my self, no answer,
i have always wanted another one of these markers since i sold mine but i doubt i would buy one just cause of customer service.
overall great marker just terrible to deal with on the customer service end
