Pros: Cheap, Good starting gun, easy to maintain.
Cons: Can't think of any for me
Seeing as this is my first speed ball gun my review will be short and sweet. The gun's appearance is pretty slick and sweet, The performance is decent as you will get for a gun around this price range, I never had any problems with this gun just the simple maintaining and tuning. This gun is a great starting gun for anyone looking to get into speed ball or just a change of pace from woods ball seeing as I am still using my g3 it a pretty good and reliable gun.

Cons: Average Build
The 2008 Dangerous Power "G3" was originally designed to be more ergonomically well-built. (Better for the feel / or for your hands). While it is a one-of-a-kind gun, it also shows its weakness in very dier places.

As Dangerous Power released it's 2008 G3, they regretably did not note that these guns were not going to be replaceable. In the sense that if you had a warranty, and your regulator broke of natural problems, you would STILL be replacing it with your own money. The warranty only covers parts/labor they will do. I called last week to validate that my warranty covered my parts needed, and was turned away. WHY would I buy a stock G3 reg. for the price of an aftermarket better one? $55 for a new G3 reg, and it's trash. The internals were clearly built by a little boy who had no sense of Air to Gun knowledge. The O-ring in the Reg. seat will blow CONSTANTLY if over-pressured. While I am a firm believer in POLICY, I also understand why they have neglected to inform users of this contracts shortages. 1: Every user remembers Smart Parts, and though we all hope for the speedy recovery of there products, we also know that GOG will most likely go under as well. The people at Dangerous Power can't see the future, and most likely enjoy what small pay-checks they recieve. Parts are costly to hand over, and they can't just give them away...

Sorry my review is short, but I have many others to do tonight.

Pros: Price, easy to maintain, light
Cons: Nothing important
I got a G3 IQ, with the RAPS asa and the new feedneck, for only $220!!!

The gun is very light, about 860g with barrel!!! But the grip is about 100g itself,
a bit too thick for me, but it's OK. Recommended for front players with 45/4500 tank.

It's very easy to maintain for a spool. It's got wired eyes, sping ball detents.

I prefer it over SLG, and with some upgrades (see below), it is better than a rail, pm7,
or even Etek2, for lower price. (gun + bolt + board is about 450)

Most of the problems with G3's are because from user dumbness. So if you buy one:
-disassemble the bolt, clean and re-lube it
-adjust the regulator a bit (fix the "my gun is not working" issue)

If you use Myth reg, like me:
-take off the grip, and the board
-with the two (!!!) allen screws, adjust the RAPS

The gun's stock performance is very good, but I recommend some cheap upgrades:
-TechT Bolt Engine: better efficency, no kick, no sound (I had to reconfigure my Prophecy)
-APE Board or 7th Element Board with CP trigger (because with this, you can lower your dwell for the TechT Bolt)
-Maybe a better two-piece barrel, but not light carbon-fiber,
because the setup will become too light up-front,
so the center-balance will shift to the rear.
Also, a 45/4500 tank is better for it.

I think the SE doesn't worth the +$100, buy a basic G3 or G3 IQ,
and spend the $100 on the bolt and a board with more adjustable dwell, or on a decent barrel.

Great gun! when i first opened the box i was very happy to see how sexy this gun is. when i first picked it up i was amazed by how light the marker was, i dont think i ever held a lighter marker. there is only a few cons i had with the g3 and it was mostly just the stock board (bouncing problem). the stock board doesent have a debounce unless you upgrade to the other stock board. the modes on the board are handy when it comes to tournaments. i would suggest buying this gun if you are a beginner or a rec player, the colors are great for all play also!

GREAT GUN!!!!!!!!

Pros: Weight, Size, sexivity
Cons: board (barely)
This gun is truly amazing. Good feel in your hands and is ready to play right out of the box. And the appearance is like sex on the beach without the beach. Overall great marker.

Pros: The ASA is all its cracked up to be and the stock barrel is farely accurate. Very light and the size is very compact. I have shot around 4 cases of paint through this gun so far and i can honestly only remember 1 barrel break.

Cons: the board is missing psp 3 shot and the trigger does have a loose feel to it. But both of those issues are very minor and if it really bothers you like it does me... there is a package from ansgear.com right now for a seventh element board and a cp trigger for only 90 bucks which i plan to buy.

Summary: The gun is worth every penny. BUY IT!!!

Cons: Board, Bolt stick
The gun is a good deal for the price i got it, but it definitely comes with it's fair share of issues. The gun is easily serviced which has saved me a couple hundred dollars so far. I have had issues with the trigger not reading on the board (sanded fang to make it shiny and detected), had problems with noid not clicking (just taken it apart and cleaned), and don't even get me started on bolt stick. If you can get over the issues the gun is pretty solid though. Has a great feedneck and asa. The gun delivers very little kick out of the box and is relatively accurate.

Dangerous Power G3 I had this marker for a while. From the start it has given me many problems with leaking. Just recently the ASA has stopped working. Wouldn't recommend this as a starter gun. Get an Extcy

You get what you pay for when entering the lower end market. The G series markers are no exception. bought mine as a back up and it worked great for awhile and then started acting up. After taking it to a tech numerous times I sold it. Good for the price and rec play.
