A great video that shows paintball struggle and life. Will really open eyes to non paintball players. The ups and downs really show the low for the sport. Brought my mom to tears. Great video for paintball and non paintball players alike.

One of the all time great paintball story videos. One of the few that I have found myself hanging onto while the pure action ones just go out the door. The combination of story telling and action really sets this video apart. It really puts you in XSVs shoes as they struggle to break out of Dynasty's shadow.
Paired with an excellent soundtrack this video really has it all and is a must see for those that love everything paintball.

Performance: ....I had no problems with the DVD. *5 stars*
Reliability: As long as you don't treat it like crap, I don't see how it could be unreliable.
Value: Definitely worth the money. I have seen it time and time again since I first bought it.
Overall: This DVD was excellent, I absolutely loved it. It shows an aspect of paintball not normally seen by players that don't play at a high level or by non-paintball players. I even watched it with my mom, because it wasn't your normal bunkering and getting shot in the face paintball DVD (don't get me wrong, I love Derder). Shows the true hardships of being on a competitive paintball team and competing at the professional level. It really is an eye opener to those that still think being a pro is a walk in the park with just a bunch of free rides. It oddly motivated me too, I actually look forward to living the paintball lifestyle, in California, and working hard to get where I want to be.

Unlike other paintball videos, this isn't simply a highlight reel, but a full length story about XSV.
This is a DVD that should be on every paintballer's shelf.

Simply the best paintball movie ever made. Some of the other production companies capture great action sequences or bring out the character of the Pros, but MWaG has once again surpassed every other paintball video by releasing an incredible documentary about the struggle to be the best in the world. The XSV team was built from the ground up to win. They recruited some of the best players in the world on one team, but their first season started off nothing short of disastrous. Monkey with a Gun was right there and captured their uphill battle to win.

Quite simply, the best paintball video made to date. First off, its a documentary that follows one of the most storied, if not stacked, pro teams to play the game. The emotions in it are real. The story is real. This is pro paintball, both the good and bad, right there in front of you. Not only is it powerful stuff, it makes you want to get out and play.

This video is hands down, one of the best paintball related ones I have seen so far. It is a documentary that shows XSV's struggles as a professional team, and they did a great job at showing the emotions that are all around on XSV. Some people say that a crying scene near the beggining is a bad thing, but it adds to the story and shows how much they want to win. In my opinion that scene is good. This video shows them in many of there tournaments and full games. The only downside to the game filming is that sometimes there wont be any music and it can get pretty boring just sitting there listening to Rich Telford yelling positions and shooting his gun. Another thing is that when they are filming someone in snake, they are still next to the back player so it the sound seems a little off tune in a way, with all the screaming and firing from the back player. The music in this video is a great soundtack in my opinion, and they match the music for the scene very well. This video has bands such as: The Red Telephone, Statistics, The Loved Ones, The After Party, Dean Edwardsm Dredg, Buckfast Superbee, Day One Symphony, and Bayroot Productions. Protection for the CD is perfect, and has a couple extra things also. When you buy this it has a box with a Picture Book, Stickers, and the Video inside of it, all of which came in perfect condition. The picture book comes with 50 pages of indepth pictures, most of them are in color. So overall this is a very good movie, and I highly recommend you see it.
