*** Please note that my ratings are after upgrades and modifications***

First and foremost at $200 it was well worth the price.

Anno was clean and neat.

Now, out of box my Lasoya Promaster wouldn't work period. Leaks sprung up everywhere. The reg seemed to be the main source of the problem so it was replaced with a dye hyper 3 reg which now works beautifully. however, more leaking and shootdown soon followed. This time it was due to the gauges on the lpr which not only leaked but also made the gun look atrocious. Upon removing the gauges and placing a sealing screw in with some loctite the leaking stoped and the gun would finally cycle.

Obviously a clamping feed neck is a must since the original feed neck is utter garbage. Also the stock trigger is quite sloppy in terms of side to side movement. Bouncing issues arose due to the sloppiness of the stock trigger. A new trigger should fix debounce issues.

The stock barrel as many would expect was horrid. A definite replacement is in order here.

Stock board uses dip switches which is somewhat of a hassle but it works flawlessly and rips.

Essential Upgrades:
HPA reg
Barrel
Trigger
Clamping Feedneck

Recommended Upgrades:
Grips
On/Off ASA

The gun was not horrible on gas but certainly not the best either. That being said, it is now amazing due to some modifications that I have made to the gun.

Mods:
Ported LPR
Springless Ram

With these mods the gun's kicked was reduced to that which is similar to an e-tek's and shot very consistent ropes with the said e-tek.

With some time, modification and aftermarket parts, this gun can hold it's own on a tournament level. However, out of box it will be a most frustrating experience. At the same price as an Ion and roughly the same upgrades at the same price, this gun dominates the ion in all aspects, once it is upgraded.

Cons: Feedneck, Trigger, Loud, Barrel, Programming, Feel
Cheap- for $175 it's a pretty decent deal for a beginner.
Compact- it's a smaller design, with a shorter barrel and small body, easy to play tight into bunkers
Light- self explanatory

Feedneck-This thing just sucks, my Vlocity Jr. was rocking around and spinning with any small movement made. it also sticks up a bit far for my liking.

Trigger- Almost impossible to walk when holding the gun with a firm grip. The trigger also as a LOT of play left and right, making it a little bit hard to fingertip tap. Removing the spring and placing the trigger peg in the front hole and setting the trigger to a short pull helped this a lot, but still annoying to play with.

Loud- Im used to spool valves, so this might explain it.

Barrel- The barrel is as ugly as it is useless. It looks like s*** and it plays like s***. If you break one ball, then you have no chance, this barrel will not clear out at all for you. It's also not very accurate with .689

Programming- ICD couldn't make their manual more confusing if they tried. But you can find easier directions by using google. The dip switches work perfectly if you know what you're doing.

Feel- The reg is too close to the trigger frame to wrap the thumb around it, but the trigger frame is too small to place the thumb inside it and still be able to walk it. But the gauges are also right above the reg and they're huge, so placing your thumb there is also pretty uncomfortable. The only decent way to hold this marker is to wrap the thumb over the gauges in a weird way.

For the price, it's a good gun for a beginner. It's relatively easy to work on(much easier than an ion) and it's cheap. However, for anyone relatively interested in playing competitively, this marker should be avoided at all costs.

First real gun. the gun needs to buy an asa seperate. and HPR was leaking from the get go. Regs are a bit touchy to set. Feedneck is junk and is not the best. Board is excellent, and bolt is awesome. Never had any chopped balls, and can shoot plenty fast.

Pros: Cheap, reliable, pretty fast
Cons: That I sold mine
This was my first electropneumatic marker ever. I bought it really cheap in 2007 and put every upgrade I could into it.

Looks: the Lasoya version of the Promaster had a milling that made bolt removal much easier than the standard promaster, but it looks kinda plain, I guess they made up for it by putting a fade to anno on it.

Performance: I didn't replace everything some of the stock parts I liked some I hated. I kept the stock trigger(loved the look), the lasoya pm board was already a stripped down Killa board, I home ported the stock LPR, the stock bolt is the best, replaced the valve, the detents and eye covers with killa ones, the rammer. It's a poppet like an ego but maybe not quite at that level. I'd put it on unlimited ramping with a old halo and it was fast as hell. I can only imagine it with a rotor. The stock hpr leaks like crazy. The cp reg looks good on it.
All in all I give the Laysoya Promaster a 7 out of 10

Pros: Beautiful, Smooth trigger, Easy Operation, Cheap!
Cons: Doesn't come with ASA, stock reg is junk, wieght
I bought my red/ black lasoya on ebay for $120. I immediatly put a CP reg and ASA on it and it has a very nice efficiency now. The stock reg has an issue where your out put pressure will rise and rise until the gun will not function. Just replace it and it'll be fine.

The stock feed neck is also junk. Rip it off and put another on. Besides those 2 issues the gun was amazing for $120.

I bought a Sling Trigger from FBM and can rip on it. The gun is a little heavy but nothing to bad. Weighs about the same as a Shocker to me...

I have user vids of my Lasoya on Youtube if anybody is interested...

Pros: Cheap, quick, simple, good quality
Cons: a little problematic at first
I picked my lasoya promaster up brand new off ebay for 100 bucks. at first the hpr leaked a bit, but that was a quick fix. had a few small problems, but most were due to my inexperience with bushmasters.

I got a year of use out of this. always kept up with everyone else, and since it was 100 bucks i was able to play with less focus on "oh my god i cant break this" to playing.

definitely worth the money. they can be found with many upgrades for 150-175. good buy.
