I had seen them for some time, and I finally bought myself a pair of used pants over a year ago. They have been durable, and they work great. So great, I have bought a few more pair as well. Actually, I have also bought a couple pair of the Destructor's, which are the "higher" end models.
I have to say that as much as they are great pants, I have seen a few pair that have ripped right above the knee. I have bought two pair that have been restitched, and the stitching has held up just great. But the tear seems to be a bit of a common occurance.
Also, they are thicker, and definitely heavier pants. In the winter, this is not a problem at all. But once it goes into warmer months, you will notice them a bit. So I recommend them, honestly, for colder weather.
And I have to say that I gave a 3 star in the Value, because if I had paid full price, around $130 or so, that is where I would place them. But I actually paid only $50 for them here on the Nation, and for that price, they are definitely a 5 star value .

I bought these pants because I liked the way they looked. I first thought they would be great pants when I saw them, especially because of the built in knee pads, but the knees themselves ripped out within a month! I had to have them re-sewn by a local shop, so I sold them. I was kind of bummed.

These pants are great. The kevlar knees don't have a single tear or rip in them after 4 years of heavy play both on turf and in the woods. The white parts have stained over the years, but that's to be expected.
The mesh back of the legs helps keep your legs cool during the hotter summer months.
My only problem with these is that the waist belt is velcro as opposed to a strap belt, and I have to wear these with an extra belt because they won't get small enough now.
