Cons: Not a fan of the 'case', lack of color choice
First off, this kit is the best 'Bang for your buck' you can get. I picked up the Edge Elite kit at the J & J Trailer at a big game for $80***. It comes with 5 backs and 3 fronts. The backs are .693, .691, .688, .685, .682. They gave me the choice of fronts at the trailer so I picked 12,14 and 16. In retrospect, I probably should've gotten 2 14's instead of grabbing the 12 but that's my preference. Essentially though, you have 3 full barrels available at any time which is great for "loaners" for those that want to try it WHILE you can still use your barrels too.

The barrels are well made and light. I haven't chipped any and barely scratched any and I play in and around rocks all the time. They shoot as straight as any good barrel kit on the market. They quiet my gun down a little and you can usually shoot through breaks depending on the paint quality (and break are a rarity anyway). I've put 10's of cases through my kit and only had a handful of breaks (and I blame the paint I was using when they happened. It was consistently the same field paint that I had problems with before).

***Note: In the "Price Paid" section, I listed $110 and in the above paragraph, I listed I got it for $80. Here's the clarification. I went back this year to the same big game I bought them at last year and picked up 2 new back for $15 a piece. I got the .679 and .676 backs.

Cons:
This is probably the most under rated barrel system on the market, JJ makes excellent barrel kits but not many people use them.

I've had a kit from them for years, and it out shoots a lot of the more common barrels people are using, it also looks great.

Comes with a # of backs, though I've parted some out so I'm down to 2

I find that this barrel is a good length, quiet, and looks good on my gun. It could use a longer control back, but I haven't had any issues with it.

JJ Performance Edge Elite Kit I loved this barrel kit. Used it for woodsball years ago, barrel breaks were rare, good bore sizes and sleek look. Accurate and light as well. Great barrel - I'd pick it up any day

Cons: Hard to get? took me 3 months
Well i've been using the Edge kit for awhile now... It shoots as well as my Evil Pipe kit, and as well as my Stiffi kit did. Definitely better than the freak kit... My only problem is that it doesn't clean through breaks as well as I had been hoping. My stiffi still shoots cleaner than any barrel i've ever tried. In terms of noise it's actually one of the quieter barrels i've used. The bore sizes seem to be labled correctly (smallest IS actually smallest, etc.)

Overall, I'd recommend it. The performance is right up there with many of the more 'popular' barrels, and you're paying barely anything.

This is by far my favorite barrel kit out there. Ive owned many of the other kits such as the Freak and Empire kit but they dont meet the quality or price of the edge what so ever.

The carrying case is small and nice and the simplistic but perfect bore sizes are enough to throw anything i put in it.

I live in Ohio and these are made in columbus which is a cool thing for me.

JJ Performance Edge Elite Kit I used one these kits on my e orracle and can't say I have anything bad to say about them. They are lightweight, accurate. I prefered it over the evil driver kit and my freak kit.

This barrel kit is amazing. I got it off eBay a couple of months ago for 75 bucks, came with a nice little case, 5 backs, and 3 fronts ( 12, 14, and 16 inches ) so I was set. This barrel kit is super accurate and very quiet, I love it. I don't have much bad things to say about it, the only thing that bothers me is that it scrathes easily, sometimes shakes apart if you didn't put it on good, and it sounds horrible when connecting the 2 pieces lol, but nothing that would affect performance ( except for the shaking apart thing but that's usually user error ). Great kit, great price, I'll never look back.

Cons: No colors to match markers
One of the best barrels I have ever used. I have a Ego 10 and I think its just as good as the Shaft 3 Kit that I have with it. When it comes to woodsball and scenario games i will use this barrel due to the wide range of bores, accuaracy, and good porting which keeps your marker pretty quiet over other barrels on the market.

Easily the best bang for your buck barrel kit out there. They shoot incredibly straight if you know how to size correctly. They clean out exceptionally well. The only real issue is the finish doesn't hold up that well but for the price its not prohibitive to replace them every year, if you can find them.

Cons: Lableling is kinda bad looking, can stick together
If you want a good barrel kit but don't want to spend lots of money, this is a great choice. The performance is not that far off from Freaks and Hammerheads, but are half the price. They look pretty sweet too, except for the labeling varies in thickness and is somewhat sloppy looking, no big deal though.
