This QEV is, in my opinion, the best Quick Exhaust Valve that you can purchase for your ION. Smart Parts know their guns, and they know how to get better air efficiency out of them. It swivels 360 degrees for installation at any angle. It greatly increases the cycle rates, as well as your shots per tank. It decreases dwell and input pressure, and is a must buy for all ION owners. If you know your ION you know that a QEV is one of the first upgrades you should get. If you're thinking of buying a new bolt, I highly recommend getting this first, as it is only $19.99 and can really do your ION good.

Smart Parts Ion 360 QEVthis will get you an extra pod or 2 on your gun (because of lower dwell) but they arent too durable and tend to blow at bad times. so you'll want to buy 2 or 3 for sure. if your an efficiency freak...

note if you run co2 on your gun it will blow the qev

I have a firebolt and the 360 QEV in my ION and my operating pressure is at 140 PSI.

The 360 is excellent on your Ion, Eos, Epiphany or Ion XE. It also can fit on most Autococker rams.
On Ions is excellent ~ with a dwell of 17, 360QEV, L7 bolt, BH board, Freak barrel kit, kila detents I've easily got 1600-1700shots out of my 68/4500.
On autococker rams it's excellent if you have a larger LPR as the 360 can be screwed in and pointed any which way. I've got 6 cockers and I like to carry a 360QEV in my pack just incase something goes wrong as the 360 can be thrown on in no time.

First accessory I bought for my Ion, jumped to a Virtue QEV later but both gave great air efficiency.

Replaced a clippard with a 360 a few years ago, and noticed a similar performance increase, just the 360 is way easier to install & remove if necessary.
I had to shave a little inside the frame, as the top of the 360 was hitting the inner bottom of the frame, creating a hairline gap between shell & frame. Not everyone has this issue, though.
I've been able to get at least an extra pod per fill with a qev installed, didn't matter which one. But the general ease of installation with this makes it a must, mostly with the basic shell Ions. If you've got an XE or any other bob body, then a standard clippard qev is fine (and cheaper), since you rarely have to even look at it let alone remove it.
