Well i bought my gun used. It is the Yellow gloss with dust red parts bushwacker Sl66. It had a Cure 3 bolt in it but otherwise stock. Let me tell ya, i took it out and aired it up, and put a pod of reballs through it really well. It was a little jumpy in velocity and consistency. So i lubed the HPR (replaced an oring), LPR, and orings on the bolt and then lightly oiled the rammer. (i also cleaned all these inside and out) After that, i was shooting ropes. Stock dwell and tuned to how manual states. Shot about 800 balls on 2000psi of air, and since gun is still pretty new i would say, i need to break the reg in a bit more. Since i lubed the gun it has a gone down a bit in the loudness factor and kick.
I personally love this gun over any DM right now. the looks, feel and efficiency mixed with the low maintenance are a big factor. I would much rather have all these than just having a bulkier, quiter DM that has maybe a little less kick. Dont get me wrong, i have both but the Ego i beleive is a better gun.
**edit**have shot about 7 cases with a violent series se kit in it and shoots a lot better with even less kit now
