Dealing with Animal was on of the best experiences I've ever had. they were responding to emails after what I thought were normal working hours within minutes.
When the Jersey's arrived I was amazed by both the quality of the graphics and the material.
Fast turnaround, great customer service, and amazing quality for an unbeatable price. I would recommend these for any player at any level of the game.

My best custom jersey experience has come through Animal. They may not have the best material out there (but you pay less, so what do you expect) but any lack in quality of material is absolutely made up for with Customer Service. Service is a big deal to me since I've had to be the one actually ordering jerseys multiple times and I have not found a company with better customer service in the entire paintball industry.

I ordered three semi-custom jerseys for my new paintball team, and Animal Paintball did an amazing job on them!
Ordering:
So we were first going to go with the REDZ eNVy gear, but than 2 people dropped off the team, leaving us with only three members left. Searching around (and talking to Will from Krossfire Paintball), we decided to go with Animal.
After creating my own graphic design, I sent it in to Mondo. Later I got another e-mail from their design team asking if the jerseys looked ok. That right there stunned me. I though I was just going to send in a design and be done with it, but no, Animal Paintball sent me a proof of what the jersey would look like in the e-mail.
Getting everything the way I wanted was a quick and easy process, and it's all thanks to their design team's quick replies to my requests. Finishing up the design and getting the jerseys shipped to me was also very smooth and easy.
First Impressions:
Wow, the jerseys look even better in person! They came out just like how I wanted them, and man they sure looked good The color is amazing, they look like what I asked for. Not lighter, not darker, but the color I sent in.
The jersey is made of a very thin and breezy polyester material with mesh on the sides and under the arms. Our team opted for thumb holes and padding, and both came out great as well. The thumb hole is a loop of strong elastic, and the padding is on thefront of the shoulder and on the side of the forearm. For the people complaining about it being thin and having no standard padding, jerseys aren't really there for protection, I see them more as advertisement space. If you want more pads, get clothing that actually has them, like the Invert Overload or something like that.
Performance:
What can i say, the jerseys look great, feel great, and breathe amazingly well. What more could you ask for in a jersey?
Reliability:
The seams are all nicely done and the material can take a beating quite well I must say It does snag velcro and stuff like that, but that's ok, I don't mind.
Value:
These jerseys are completely worth the money if you ask me. You get you own Graphic Design/Logo on the front, you name and number on your back, can get sponsors on it, and can get the thumb loops and padding for just a few more bucks. With their amazing customer service and quality of product, it's a wonder why more people don't wear Animal Paintball jerseys!

I've had a few of these jerseys. Animal is the only company my team(s) use. They're very good at what they do. They work with you to make sure you have what you need/want. The pricing is great. The look and style is awesome. The jerseys feel great too. Lightweight, durable (never saw one tear or rip), and the breathability is pretty good also.
Only gripe I MAY have is that the sizing is a little on the small side. I would say order 1-2 sizes bigger thatn normal, but I think that is standard for paintball jerseys.

My scenario team had Animal do our custom Jerseys for the 2007 season. They ran about $65 a jersey. They have an easy ordering process and a fairly quick shipping timeframe. Customer service is easy to get ahold of as well and was very helpful.
Looks - This is really going to depend on the user, as they ar CUSTOM jerseys so really what you want is what you get. They have a lot of preset layouts as well that are pretty fantastic, I really think these guys have some slick designs. A+ in the looks department.
Performance - I wore one jersey thought 9 events and it still looks pretty good. It's also very light and airy, which is great for hot weather days and very comforatble to wear, not very good on protection though, there are no built in pads like other high priced jerseys. For the most part the jersey held up well over the course of a full years play, but after several washes and the velcrow on my pack/harness the abdomen area is all burred up.
Cons - I would like to see a sewn in elbow pad for the cost and the materials are very thin. They burr easily against velcrow also as mentioned above. The materials are just a little too light.
Overall? Good product, reasonable turn around time, and good customer support. For a comperable price though you can get better quality materials with equally impressive graphic designs from Custom Sports Gear.

Animal recently made some custom Automags Online jersey, which is what i purchased from them. I knew they were a good custom jersey company, but how good?
Their art designer is absolutely patient and will work with any ideas you throw at him, and on top of that, very informant and creative. Will send detailed layouts of the jersey via email, and is easy to get ahold of.
Mondo, head of Animal Paintball, is very chill and is consistent in answering emails fast with all the desired answers.
The overall outcome of the jerseys were higher than my expectations. It was very well made, designs came out just like the planned layout, and showed why Animal Paintball rules in custom jerseys. The jersey was virtually weightless and very breathable, but the only problem about it was that the size tend to run a bit small (ordered XL, and fits nicely, but as loose as others).
The whole process took around 2-3 weeks, which is very fast (expect a longer turnaround time during season). My experience with them has been excellent, and i recommend them to the highest degree.

I played with the New England Regulators and a teammate sent in our design. Animal sent back drafts that showed what the jersey would look like. It was wrong, so we sent it back with DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS on what to change. New drafts came and it was still messed up. This continued on for quite awhile until they FINALLY got the design right. No padding was included in the jersey, but could have been purchased for more money. When I did get the jersey, I was more than happy with the lightweight fabric, comfort, and bright colors.
Options:
Animal Paintball has so many options to choose from to customize your jersey. The only problem with this is that they charge per add-on. If you want your name on the collar, that's extra. If you want padding, that's extra. However, the sheer amount of fonts, colors, and designs, more than makes up for the price. If you want a FULLY customized jersey, Animal is the place to go.
The color is amazing, they look like what I asked for. Not lighter, not darker, but the color I sent in.
