First thoughts:
As a lot of people, I needed some arm pads, badly. I looked for cheap arm pads for cheap and I ran across Planet Eclipse or Dye. Planet Eclipse may have been a good choice as well, but then I needed gloves because getting shot in the fingers is annoying.
Appearance:
Looks really cool with the red and black. I would have preferred a blue/black, but that's just me.
Performance:
Great performance. I have dived and rested on these and I don't feel a thing. I may have been laying on rocks too because most of the fields at SC are rocky. They are also very comfortable and do the job very well.
Reliability:
When I first got these, I was super excited. So, quickly, I put on the arm pads. Anyway, these ****ers are HARD to put on, and I grabbed the little velcro strap near the fold of my arm. Guess what, it ripped. Not a whole lot, but a little bit. I was really disappointed with that happening. Although, nothing has happened since.
Value:
Great price. Seriously. I mean, paintball is expensive, so don't expect pads like these for $15. You're getting awesome pads that do the job right.
Pros:
-Comfortable
-Gloves included
-Great protection, many bounces.
-Looks kewl
-Some grips on the gloves and it has these slider things. It's really rough...
-Tight straps
Cons:
-Will mess up your arm a bit. I mean it will just make it red and ugly.
-Harder than hell to put on and take off. It just takes awhile and it's annoying. It's just the gloves. If they annoy you, just cut them. However, you won't be able to put them back on.
Final Thoughts:
Really great arm pads for the price. $35 for pads. C'mon, that can't be beat. great sliding protection and I give it an overall of 4.5/5.
Hope you liked my review.

I've worn the same set for over 4 years and they are still in great condition. Now that they are a little older they are really broken in now and fit even better. I get bounces all the time and they still protect me when I slide. The only down side is that they don't have the part that goes around my wrist so they move around and bunch up when I superman slide.

Empire GP Elbow Pads SELike the pros and cons state.
They're fully functional with a lot of padding, the only problem I have is to find that they're a bit restricting and aren't as breathable as other pads that I've used.
