I picked up some of these for an Ion, so since they're not as thick as the stock grips the screws were too long. Easy fix, 72 cents at Home Depot. I just have the opinion that if you buy supposedly higher-end after-market stuff it should come with everything needed to install and function correctly.
They look and feel fabulous. I get a more comfortable hold with these grips and it's great that they are separate. I can just remove one side to change battery, adjust the board, etc. That's a big plus over the connected grips.
