When I went into my local proshop a few months ago I was looking to spend about $30 on my first jersey. They had a very good selection, and I was gonna go with a red thing from invert or dye, but then I saw this beauty. Unlike the other ones, this jersey had padding everywhere you could need it, was SUPER breathable, and the deciding factor for me was that it fit perfectly. I purchased it with some Dye elbow pads and was on my way.
Since then I've played about 20 games with it, and the only complaints I have about it is that the shoulder pads are a bit thin, and don't help much for causing more bounces from shots closer than 50 feet. However it does seem to help for those fired from over 80 feet away. This is just me being nitpicky though.
As for the price, I mean, it was way out of my price range and I still bought it, it was that good. It's pretty expensive for a jersey, but this way you won't regret it and want a different one later.
Overall, I'd say if you're willing to spend the money on it, this is your best choice. If money is an issue for you, I'd still consider saving up for it.

Empire LTD Pro Players Jersey SETHe jersey is one of the best jerseys of 08. I don't buy empire stuff except the ltd line of equipment. A great jersey.
