This paint is nice and brittle, but not so brittle to chop by a hopper blender such as a Dye Rotor. Nice fresh batches get delivered to me so it breaks great and flies straight.
The only complain ( Con ) I have with this paint is the Pink/red shelled PINK FILL.. This stuff stains EVERYTHING and I frown upon it.

I think if premium has one strength it is the fact that it stores well. What I mean by that is most likely no matter which field you go to, premium is going to perform whether brand new or if its been sitting for awhile, and I can't remember the last time I got a broken ball in a bag.
That isn't to say it is hard, it is a very well performing paint for rec ball, it breaks well, shoots great, and has a nice bright fill.
It's fill is also it's downfall. I guess they use a lot of dye in their paint because premium will tend to stain your hands and your skin a lovely shade of pink. Also, if you wear white cotton clothing its going to have to be washed several times before the color completely comes out.
I tend to use those cheap white squeegees because I can't keep track of them so I've stopped buying the expensive brands, and when using the white ones even after running the squeegee under warm water the squeegee remains pink.
So, to sum up, premium can be relied upon to always perform well and if you need to store it, it will normally store well in an air conditioned environment for several months without getting dimples or turning into marbles. However, when it breaks it will tend to stain.

I've been shooting this paint for 15 years and the consistency over the years has been great. It's perfect for serious team scrimmages and local tournaments. Flies straight and breaks the majority of the time and for this priced paint its the best out there.

This is by far my favorite paint and I used to use them every time I went and bought paint. I love how they break on contact almost twice as much as other paints around this price. The fill is great and shows up very well. Nowadays other paint have the same performance, for this price they are still top quality. I have always enjoyed RPS paint and can't find any cons.
A few times I have found broken paint in the case but it was clearly from damaged boxes from shipping or people mishandling the paint. Out of thousands of dollars spent on paint, that only happened a few times. It was also at tournaments, so I'm sure the staff had something to do with damaging the goods on accident.

Premium is just that type of a paintball. it bores for me in So CAL at .683-.685. My furious loves it, My DP markers love it. I love it.
The blue silver shell with blue fill is my all time favorite.

RPS PremiumAwesome paint, shoots great, Breaks 99% of the time, nice thick fill that isn't wiped easily.
Only con is that it stains everything (at least the pink).
