Been using premium for at least 10 years.
This paint has a nice thick gooey fill that can been seen breaking. I like this paint the most in the woods as it can penetrate some leaves, but still breaks well on more solid surfaces.

Last couple years the fresh stuff at 70 degrees F has bored at .685. I've used this paint in temps from 45f to 98F with the colder temps needing to overbore up to .687 to keep breaks away on both CP and empire barrel kits.

Pros: economical GOOD paint
Cons:
RPS premium is by far my favorite paint. It's not quite as expensive or brittle as Evil or Marballizer, but still breaks clean on target. Great fill, always in round when I've gotten it. It does stick together a bit in humidity if it sits, but it's never been a major issue.

I wouldn't leave it sitting smashed into pods for weeks on end, but for keeping it in bags in the original box, it keeps for a long time.

Great price, great paint, excellent value for what it is.
