	Cons:	not as good as other brands
	Let me tell you one thing first i live in pittsburgh pa and very near the smart parts factory soo everyone has smart parts stuff. ok soo wen borrowing these from a friend i found that they were good and did the job well but i have the empire knee pads/ proto knee pads i thought from personal preference that the are like 5x better..

	Pros:	Sliding,movement,easy to wash
	Cons:	the move around on you knees
	I got these pads used from my step-brother so they may not be as nice as they used to be so i'm going off of how they are now. These pads are great for sliding and are still easy to move with while their on you legs. Another nice thing is that these are machine washable withount any problems. But the main problem is that the pads will move around on my legs after a slide but that might be because my legs are kinda small for the pads so that may be the problem. If you don't have a pair of paintball pants or have a pair of Redz pants and can find these pads anywhere i would pick up a pair.
