Pros: easy to maintain, shoots well if tuned properly
Cons: Can have some issues if not tuned properly
This was my main gun for when I played speedball tournaments back in my highschool days. At first I had some problems with it, but after fine tuning it, it shot very well for the price. If you throw in some upgrades (new trigger, board, spring kit), and tinker with it, it will not let you down. I still kinda regret selling it, but I plan on purchasing a new one soon.

It is an amazing little gun I have actually owned over 20 invert minis to this day. It is one of my favorite guns to work on and build. It is great for beginners who may not know how to fix the guns right. It is easy to fix any problems it has and the tech company is the best in the business. Overall its an amazing gun.

Cons: trigger (so-so), asa
So i've had my mini for around 5 months now and have put around 4-5 cases through it... It is very compact which helps keep your arms and upper body in tight and close together, and it is reasonably light. You get what you payed for in the fact that it is very easy to learn to use and yet it is still a great marker for the beginners. It shoots fast with a decently small amount of kick . My only problems are that the trigger is so sensitive that you can shake the gun and it shoots, but that is easily fixed with a little maintenence. The only problem i can't do anything about is my ASA, it came loose and i tightened it and put some locktite on it, but when it came loose a second time i tried to unscrew it a little and i crossthreaded it and accidently stripped the screw but its in tight now... Overall i would get it again if i was to re-enter paintball

Cons: hard to fix leaks at field
this gun is nice i bought off some kid for $150. I no longer have it but it was good. I liked it for playing dorito and snake it was close and tight making snapping good when close to the bunker.the thing i didnt like about it personaly was the feel of the grip. i also have an 09 slg and i like the feel of the UL frame the mini was square and didn't fit my hand comfortably but thats all opinion. It's a good gun and a great gun if you can rip someone off and get it dirt cheap.

For my first mid grade gun I think it's awesome. Routinely out shoot players with more experience and more expensive guns. Extremely durable. Easy to take apart and maintain.

Recommended Upgrade: For being a gun that you can pick up cheap here are a few things that I choose to upgrade. The gun out of the box it good enough and ready to go.

Barrel: 14"CP barrel, J&J barrel kit
Trigger: Violent series derlin trigger
Bolt and Spring kit: Tech T springs and lurker bolt.
ASA: Empire on/off ASA
Board: Shockwave board now standard with new Minis. Makes changing modes much easier.

Cons: Settings a bit of a challenge to adjust.
I've had this gun for a couple years now, works great, and have not opened it up once. Just adjust velocity and go.

Not quite as consistent shot-to-shot velocity as guns that cost three times as much, but still very good.

Looks like a paintball gun. Has a gas-through grip, so no hoses, but no adjustment of tank position either.

Adjusting settings is OK, but not spectacular. Have to open up the grip and press one of two buttons and count LED flashes - which can be a bit of a paint when the LED flashes 15 times to indicate ROF or some such.

Overall, great bang for the buck.
