The Nexus Directors Cut autocockers were custom house Planet Eclipse's entry into the high end cocker market. The Nexus series were a team edition model for professional paintball team London Nexus, which was sponsored by Eclipse. They came from the factory with an Eclipse Nexus body, EBlade or Eblade 2 frame for DC2s, the Eclipse ram with QEVs, DART bolt, Rex hammer and dialer, and an Eclipse LPR on DC2s, or a Belsales LPR on DC1s. Also, depending on the year and model, the gun may have a WGP Black Magic High pressure reg or Eclipse Star Reg; and either a Dye Ultralite barrel or Eclipse Shaft. The marker was produced and assembled by Eclipse, while Belsales manufactured the pneumatics and anodized the marker. Nexus cockers are distinguishable from Eclipse DCs and Factory models by the difference in milling and the small jewels that spell Nexus on the body. Also the 3 way solenoid has "Nexus" milled into it's side. This marker is no longer in production, the last year they were produced was 2004.

So ive owned a few Eclipse cockers, but the DC's are just unreal. My Nexus Signature was my first eclipse cocker and it brought me into the world of "Eclipse Cockers." THe fist time i shot it I was hooked and already started looking for another one. I owned a Pro Series, Nexus Sig, DC1 and DC2....and they are all unreal...The DC2 was actually Mq'd by the previous owner which was a nice plus....The shot groupings of the DC2 are probably the closest ive seen from any gun ever. Unbelieveable tight and at any distance...well almost any....anyway this guns come packed with the best parts inside and out, Nexus inernals, Nexus lpr, bolt, and ram..come on...those are the parts i look for to put on my WGP cockers....and those all come stock...9.9/10

all i have to say is ball on ball accuracy, great balance, and one of the most wanted cockers around.....

Price says 0 because I traded my DM5 even for it.

The only problem I have is the need to adjust the eye system to see the paint best, I'm to the point where I just buy solid color shelled paint like evil and such because whenever I'd use xball or other split color shells and the darker half was in front of the eye it would slow the rate of fire down, but doesn't matter in rec play, and in turneys I buy evil anyway.

If you are an autococker fan, this is the Holy Grail. And if you are reading this, you probably already know that.

The DC2 cockers are arguably the best produced, and are very limited in number. They fetch insane prices now, but their quality is amazing. The DC cockers came from the factory with every upgrade you could ever want on a gun, with the possible exception to an MQ valve. They perform top-tier, and are competitive with anything on the market now. I've gotten over 30 bps out of mine with the eyes on, and it can cycle even faster. The DC2 is quieter than my Ego, and shoots as smooth as the DM8 I used to have. I recommend installing a Tadao Yakuza board, as it helps the DC2 reach it's max potential. The only weak spot on this gun is the eye system, as it uses a reflective style system that can be picky about paint color. Generally, avoid black and you'll be ok.

If you can find one, and afford it, buy it!
