This is the easiest reg to clean on the market! twist off the bottom and theres 3 parts total. Lube the piston and clean off the junk and pop the spring and adjuster washer back in and your good to go. I generally fall into the plus or minus 4 category. Recharges just fine. Very user friendly for the every day baller
