Evil Pimp A great gun for what they can be found for now. Basically the same as a '05 Ego. I would really reccomend.

The pimp is a cross between breeds of a couple markers that had been out for a few years at the time. the impulse and intimidator. It shares parts from both, but has a few unique pieces of its own. a different gun to shoot, fun to play with on those throwback games, but dont show up with one on sunday morning. mine had quite a few kinks that took a while to smooth out. i have 2 now and both shoot pretty good, but go down the most of all my guns.

I bought my evil pimp a few years ago, though i recently sold it, it was one of my favorite markers. Yes it was like holding up a shoebox and shooting, but we have to think the time period... DM5's though smaller were also heavy. I had a gold one with the leopard dye rotor and got looks from everyone. It was a great gun and the newer people are all amazed that its actually called a PIMP. haha anyways i feel like anyone should at very least try shooting one before they knock them.

Price paid: $600.00
Pros: fast, easy to work on, value
Cons: detents, heavy, stock hpr and lpr
I got the pimp new back in '06. The stock trigger has an odd, backwards slope. I didn't like it, but there are plenty of other great triggers out there. I picked up a double blade trigger. Thanks to an easy to use guide here on the nation, changing the trigger wasn't a problem.
The pimp has good, but not amazing efficiency. I usually get around 900 shots off of a 68 3000 fill. It's hard to find other markers in the ~$150 range that gets that efficiency though.
The main problem I've had with the pimp was when the detonator reg blew. I wasn't a fan of the detonator to begin with, but I couldn't recommend it to anyone after what happened to mine. When the detonator blew, it also blew the lpr and noid. I'm just now getting around to fixing all of it.
The respirator should be replaced anyways. It has a bad problem with creeping, and is a pain to adjust. It's easy to find old Timmy regs, and if you can come across one of the hybrid regs, even better.
Regs aside, this is a great gun. The stock ghetto board is easy to operate, and comes with semi and ramping. It may be heavy, but it is a very sturdy gun. The .689 pipe barrel it comes with is very nice. The bolt twists out quite easily. You have to be a bit careful not to scratch the paint, but the ram is easy to unscrew and lube. The stock detents wear out pretty fast, but good ones are cheap and easy to find.
This gun is great for a beginner or someone who likes to toy with their guns. With a simple switch of detents (and probably a new hpr) this gun is ready to go out of the box. If you want to upgrade it, there are plenty of options. $150 won't buy you a better gun. This is the most underrated gun on the market. I would recommend this gun to anyone looking to pick up a cheap, quality high end marker.

i used this marker for a paintball season. grinding it out every week. we dominated our paintball league. my friend and i both owned pimps and we were destorying everyone with their over priced egos and luxes. only thing which would be nice is a bigger trigger frame which you can buy as an upgrade. evil pipe kit is nice. one bad thing is the marker is a tad heavy

Evil Pimp Great old school shooter. It is a little heavy, but that helps with kick. Not a bad buy

Picked this up for my first tourney marker. I played woods and scenario for years. I had shot some tourney guns, Ion, a few Bob Longs and Angels and a handful of auto cockers. When the last woodsball feild shutdown that was with an hr and a half I decided to give tournies a try. this marker is freakin fast im used to 10bps. A lil heavier than other tourney guns I've shot but it's also older than most. I don't mind it. Everyone says the triggers funky which it is but I sort of like it. For a first tourney gun I love it and will use it for at least a year or two.
