Pros: Accurate, easy to maintain, cheap, no chops
Cons: No foregrip, asa screws come loose, feedneck
For starters this gun is actually really accurate. I have only had it chop around 2 or 3 times the whole time I've had it. Its accurate to the point where when you get used to shooting it you'll be able to hit smaller targets at pretty decent distances. The gun itself has 3 main o-rings, two on the bolt and one on the striker, so its really easy to maintain. The stock barrel is nice as well. I removed the sight rail, considering there really is no use for it unless you attach something to it. Of course the price is great and it make it a great entry level gun. If you get the earlier model, I think its the 2005 one, there is no foregrip. I actually got used to playing without one, but it makes shooting with your off hand and just shooting in general a bit harder. Also, at least on my gun, the screws on the asa come loose with my tank (have a aluminum one). Perhaps if you had a carbon fiber tank on it this would not happen. None the less I really like this gun, its reliable, cheap and accurate.

This was my first gun and lasted me the first year I got into paintball. I really liked how easy it was to fix if it broken (only once in a whole year) or take apart when I cleaned. I really liked this marker and would recommend it to people who are just getting into the sport.

Cons: not worth it to up
pretty good beginner gun. Compare to tipp 98, it's lighter, cheaper and has double trigger so you can walk. I haven't notice any difference in accuracy between the two. It might be a little bit less reliable, more break and stuff but it's much easier to clean so it kind balance it out. Not worth to up though. If you are not happy with the performance. Get hpa, J&J barrel and a e hopper, after that, maybe get a eletra if you still want to use your barrel or get some complete brand new gun.

Cons: Stock barrel is bad
Overall an amazing gun for the small cost.

This was my first gun, and was amazing to learn on.

It shoots moderately accurately

It is super-durable, light-weight, and rarely chops balls.

I would, however, pick up an aftermarket barrel system.

Overall a great gun for anyone wanting to play paintball.

9/10

Pros: Easy to clean, take apart, assemble, inexpensive
Cons: Very limited upgrades available, ball chop
I've been purchasing upgrades for my Spyder Victor over time. If you are a casual player (a few times a year) then a base model is fine. If you start to play more often then upgrades on this marker is expensive. You may want to just purchase a higher end device upfront. I've had great results with these upgrades and am able to keep up with the higher end markers when on the field. In fact, I have this setup x3 so my kids can play with me too.

Spyder Victor 2010 ($59.99)
-Upgraded to Hush Bolt ($44.99)
-Upgraded to Spyder E-Trigger ($45.99)
-Upgraded to Trinity Feed Clamp ($29.00)
-Upgraded to Empire Halo Too Hopper ($60.00)
-Stock 9 Inch Barrell (Planning a J&J Upgrade)
-20 ounce Tank
