Pros: Feeds decent
Cons: Awkward shape, large profile, semi heavy
Compared to the high speed loaders that are in the market now, the Egg is far out beat. A few years ago I still ran it in tournaments and it worked flawlessly. It fed me consistently while in semi mode, and I have some decently quick fingers. The egg shape does make it rather awkward and it has a goofy weight distribution. A light tank is a must with this, or it will be extremely rear heavy.

Viewloader eVLution 2 I used one of these on my ion, my biggest compaint is they sit back so they kind of give a bit of an awkward feel. But for 40.00 I never had as single problem and still kept up with 17bps.

I loved mine. I got it when it came out, and never changed loaders until I bought my Spire. It still is probably one of the best, easiest loaders ever made. It is a little big, but it's old, that's the only reason it isn't 5 star everything, would recommend who wants a better loader than a Halo Too for less than half of their price new now.

Cons: it looks like a dump, feedneck too long, breaks
First, to even have a chance this thing will work well you usually have to shave down the neck. From there, you need to say 3 "Our Father's" and 2 "Hail Mary's" before any high impact dive you're about to do because you're about 50/50 to lose that bad boy diving into the snake. Back in the day this was a fine call, but with the great hoppers we have today there is just no excuse to own one of these.

Cons: sits high
The "Egg" as it is so affectionately called is a good entry level loader for the beginning player. I did like the fact that the weight was shifted a little more towards the rear because it made it more comfortable for me being above my rearward hand. with a couple of modifications, I was able to increase the consistency and speed of the loader.

Pros: Reliable, inexpensive
Cons: Backheavy
This was the first loader I ever purchased. It was used for about 3-4 games, and has never broken down. There are many "homemade" upgrades that you can do to this loader. The best part about them is that everyone sells them for a very low price!
They work very well with reballs as well(fake or real, they feed slow with the fake ones though).
Thoughts: Although I would not recommend this loader, it would be a fine starter for all of the newer players out there.
Your best bet would be to splurge for the Reloader B (an extra $10-$20) or Halo B.

Cons: Heavy, Bulky, flip top
I really like my egg, it has a nice feed rate and very steady, i really like that the feed neck is clear so you can see if theres paint in it or not. The only things i don't like is its massive, and heavy, and the flip top where you reload one close on its own some times. Over all great hopper!

Pros: Great mid-level hopper
Cons: Flimsy shells
I bought my evvy back in 2004 and it was okay back then. The neck has always made me a bit wary but it never broke on me. I did have a problem with the lid however. The springs wouldn't always catch the lid so it would sometimes open on me while I was on the field.
